These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by The Kilo Drop, a giveaway operated by Breezy Trees Botanicals (“we,” “us,” “our”). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our entry form, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and giveaway-related text messages from Breezy Trees Botanicals & The Kilo Drop — including winner notifications, promotions, and updates.
Enrollment is optional. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our giveaway entry form at thekilodrop.com and checking the consent box, which reads:
Providing your number and consenting to texts is not a condition of entering the giveaway or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending texts. You may also email [email protected] to be removed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The SMS program is available to individuals 21 and older in U.S. states where kratom is legal.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
