Seven signs a giveaway is real

  1. Written rules you can read before you enter. A real giveaway names the sponsor, who can enter, what the prize is worth, how winners are picked and when.
  2. No purchase and no payment, ever. Not to enter, and not to claim the prize. That includes "just cover the shipping."
  3. A real sponsor you can reach. A business name, where it's based and an email address.
  4. Winners you can check. First name and last initial is normal. So is the date of every draw.
  5. An age limit and a list of places where it's void. Anything with a legal age limit should say so.
  6. It never asks for a card number, a bank login or a "processing fee."
  7. Winners hear from the sponsor's own email. Not from a random account in your DMs.

Red flags

A free kilo vs a free sample

A lot of what turns up when you search for free kratom is a sample offer. Samples are usually a few grams, and a lot of them come with a shipping charge or a minimum order. That's a fine way to try a shop, but it isn't a giveaway.

The Kilo Drop is different. Every drop, five members each win a full kilo, 1,000 grams, shipped free. You never buy anything. You enter once with your email and you're in every drop after that.

How The Kilo Drop checks out

Got a message saying you won?

If anyone messages you saying you won a Kilo Drop and asks for money, a card number or a shipping fee, that isn't us. We email winners ourselves and we never ask for payment. If something looks off, ask us in the chat on this site and we'll tell you straight.

Want in? Entry is free and takes about ten seconds on the home page. Here's exactly how the draw works.
