1. Sponsor
The Kilo Drop Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is operated by Breezy Trees Botanicals ("Sponsor"), based in Florida, United States. Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who reside in a jurisdiction where kratom is legal. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted, including but not limited to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Tennessee, and any county or municipality where kratom is banned or restricted (including, but not limited to, Sarasota County, FL; San Diego, CA; Oceanside, CA; Denver, CO; and Jerseyville, IL). It is the entrant's responsibility to know and follow their local laws. If a winner is drawn in a restricted area, an alternate winner will be selected.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs on a recurring basis, with winners selected every other week until the Sponsor announces it has ended. Each entry, once confirmed, remains eligible for every future drawing unless the entrant unsubscribes.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit thekilodrop.com and submit a valid email address, agreeing to these Official Rules. You will receive a confirmation email; you must confirm your entry for it to count. Limit one account per person / email address.
Each confirmed member receives one (1) base entry. Members may earn additional entries at no cost through optional actions shown on their dashboard, such as referring friends who join, adding a phone number, leaving a review, or following the Sponsor's social channels. The number of entries a member holds is displayed on their dashboard. Any attempt to earn entries through fraud, automation, or fake accounts will result in disqualification.
5. Drawings, Odds & Winner Selection
Every other week, the Sponsor will select five (5) winners at random from all eligible, confirmed entries. Selection is weighted by the number of entries a member holds, so members with more entries have a proportionally greater chance of winning. No single person may win more than once per drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Each drawing awards five (5) prizes. Each prize is one (1) kilogram (1,000 grams) of premium powder, in the winner's choice of available strain, shipped free to a valid U.S. address. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $[VALUE] USD. Total ARV per drawing: $[TOTAL] USD. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, typically within a few days of each drawing. A winner must respond and provide valid shipping details within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within that period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway at any time. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
