1. Sponsor
The Kilo Drop Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is operated by Breezy Trees Botanicals ("Sponsor"), based in Florida, United States. Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who reside in a jurisdiction where kratom is legal. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted, including but not limited to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin, and any county or municipality where kratom is banned or restricted (including, but not limited to, Sarasota County, FL; San Diego, CA; Oceanside, CA; Denver, CO; Jerseyville, IL; Naperville, IL; Idaho Falls, ID; Brandon, MS; Pearl, MS; and Nassau and Suffolk Counties, NY). It is the entrant's responsibility to know and follow their local laws. If a winner is drawn in a restricted area, an alternate winner will be selected.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway is a series of separate giveaways. Each drawing (a "Drop") is its own promotion, with its own entry period that begins right after the previous Drop's drawing and ends at that Drop's drawing, held every other week on the date and time shown on the Sponsor's website. The Sponsor will keep running new Drops until it announces the series has ended.
For convenience, every confirmed member is automatically entered into each new Drop at no cost, until they unsubscribe. Daily scratch card entries (Section 4) count only toward the Drop in which they are earned.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit thekilodrop.com and submit a valid email address, agreeing to these Official Rules. You will receive a confirmation email; you must confirm your entry for it to count. Limit one account per person / email address.
Each confirmed member receives one (1) base entry. Members may earn additional entries at no cost through optional actions shown on their dashboard, such as referring friends who join, adding a phone number, leaving a review, or following the Sponsor's social channels. The number of entries a member holds is displayed on their dashboard. Any attempt to earn entries through fraud, automation, or fake accounts will result in disqualification.
Daily scratch card. Each confirmed member may reveal one (1) free scratch card every 24 hours on their dashboard, plus one (1) extra card for each friend who joins and confirms through their referral link. Every card awards one (1), two (2) or three (3) bonus entries, chosen at random by the Sponsor's system when the card is revealed, except a streak card as described below. The odds for each card are seventy-five percent (75%) for one (1) entry, seventeen percent (17%) for two (2) entries and eight percent (8%) for three (3) entries. Scratch card entries count for the next drawing only and then reset. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase never earns a card.
Daily card streak. A streak continues when a member reveals their free daily card within 48 hours of their previous daily card. Every seventh (7th) daily card in an unbroken streak (the 7th, 14th, 21st and so on) awards three (3) bonus entries instead of a random amount. Extra cards from referrals do not count toward or break a streak. Streak entries are scratch card entries and count for the next drawing only.
Win feed. When a member reveals a card, their first name, last initial and the number of entries won may be shown in the live win feed on the Sponsor's website. No email address, contact detail or location is ever shown.
Drop results. After each drawing, the Sponsor may publish that drawing's results on its website, including each winner's first name and last initial, the date and time of the drawing and the number of members in it. No email address, contact detail or location is ever shown. A list of each Drop's winners is also available on request at [email protected].
5. Drawings, Odds & Winner Selection
Every other week, the Sponsor will select five (5) winners at random from all eligible, confirmed entries. Selection is weighted by the number of entries a member holds, so members with more entries have a proportionally greater chance of winning. No single person may win more than once per drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Each drawing awards five (5) prizes. Each prize is one (1) kilogram (1,000 grams) of premium powder, in the winner's choice of available strain, shipped free to a valid U.S. address. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $85 USD. Total ARV per drawing: $425 USD. Each Drop is a separate promotion: its prizes are awarded only in that Drop, and the total announced value of the prizes in any single Drop is $425 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, typically within a few days of each drawing. A winner must respond and provide valid shipping details within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within that period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Privacy
Information you provide is used to administer the Giveaway and to send Giveaway-related and marketing emails, which you may opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. The Sponsor does not sell or rent your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway at any time. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
